§ 1721. Applicability of other laws

The provisions of this chapter shall prevail over the provisions of any other act of the Legislature of Puerto Rico which may be in conflict therewith. No other law regulating the administration of the government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or its departments, bureaus, dependencies, instrumentalities or public corporations, and likewise the political subdivisions thereof, shall be applicable to the Corporation, unless so provided expressly, or except in case of any statute heretofore or hereafter approved by the Legislature of Puerto Rico with the clear intent of having general application to all the public corporations of the Commonwealth.
