§ 1134. Cancellation of inscriptions and annotations

Inscriptions of transactions, annotations of attachments and liens are cancelled by the filing of another contract or document of the same nature in which the owner or beneficiary of record by said inscription expresses his/her consent to said cancellation. Said document shall be authenticated before a notary public.
