§ 1093. Creation of Office and appointment of Administrator

The Secretary is empowered to appoint in his Department, with the approval of the Governor and regardless of the provisions of Act No. 345, approved May 12, 1947, as amended, a Milk Industry Regulation Administrator, who may be removed by the Secretary with the approval of the Governor.
