§ 981c. Tax exemptions

The Corporation, as well as its associated companies or subsidiary corporations fully controlled by the Corporation shall be exempt from the payment of all kinds of commonwealth or municipal fees, taxes, imposts, or tariffs heretofore or hereafter required. This exemption covers payment of charges for licenses, patents, permits, and registrations, as well as payment of fees for the execution of all kinds of documents; the prosecution of proceedings of whatever nature; any registration or operation in the Property Registry or any other office of the Commonwealth; and the issuance of certifications by the Property Registry or any other office.
