Section 16.199 - Trooper R Class or commercial vehicle enforcement officer R Class to adhere to agency standards of conduct and policy - Complaints(1) All individuals employed as a Trooper R Class or commercial vehicle enforcement officer R class shall adhere to the agency standards of conduct and policy.(2) Any person may proffer charges against an individual employed as a Trooper R Class or commercial vehicle enforcement officer R class by submitting a written complaint, signed by the complainant, with the Office of Internal Affairs within the department.Amended by 2013 Ky.
