Section 176.122 - Definitions for KRS 176.122 to 176.128
As used in KRS 176.122 to 176.128, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) "Department" means Department of Highways, Commonwealth of Kentucky.(2) "Person" means any individual, firm, agency, company, association, partnership or corporation.
