Section 156.836 - Appeal of board's final order relating to lay-off of continuing status employee(1) A final order of the board either upholding or invalidating the lay-off of a continuing status employee may be appealed either by the employee or by the appointing authority.(2) The party aggrieved may appeal that order by filing a petition with the clerk of the Franklin Circuit Court in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.Renumbered from 151B.087 and amended by 2013 Ky.
