Section 152.200 - [Effective on contingency - see note] Definitions for KRS 152.200 to 152.250As used in KRS 152.200 to 152.250, unless the context requires otherwise:
(1) "Compact" means the Southern States Energy Compact;(2) "Board" means the Southern States Energy Board.Amended 1982 Ky. Acts ch. 76, sec. 1. -- Created 1960 Ky.
