Section 65-5702 - Definitions
As used in this act:
(a) "Commission" means the state emergency response commission created by K.S.A. 65-5703.(b) "Federal act" means the federal emergency planning and community right-to-know act of 1986 (Title III, P.L. 99-499 ).
