Section 40-2,210 - Kansas telemedicine act; citation(a)K.S.A. 40-2,210 through 40-2,216, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas telemedicine act.(b) This section shall take effect on and after January 1, 2019.Added by L. 2018, ch. 98,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2018.
