Section 9-32-9-23 - Search warrant; service and return

A warrant issued under section 22 of this chapter shall be directed to a police officer who has the power of criminal process. The person to whom the warrant was issued shall serve the warrant and make the return not later than twenty (20) days after the date of issue.
