Section 9-32-9-12 - Reassignment of certificate of salvage title; violation(a) A dealer licensed under this article may reassign a certificate of salvage title one (1) time without applying to the bureau for the issuance of a new certificate of salvage title.(b) A dealer that violates this section commits a Class A infraction.Added by P.L. 179-2017,SEC. 61, eff. 7/1/2017.
