Section 9-32-3-13 - Acceptable forms of identification The following are acceptable forms of identification for purposes of section 7 of this chapter:
(1) An unexpired driver's license.(2) An unexpired identification card issued under IC 9-24-16-1, photo exempt identification card issued under IC 9-24-16.5, or similar card issued under the laws of another state or the federal government.(3) An unexpired government issued document bearing an image of the individual requesting the information.Added by P.L. 174-2016, SEC. 47, eff. 7/1/2016.
