Section 9-19-20-4 - Vehicles meeting safety requirements; certificate

If the inspection under section 2 of this chapter reveals that a vehicle meets the safety requirements prescribed under this chapter, the inspecting officer shall issue to the owner of the vehicle a certificate stating that the vehicle was inspected and met the prescribed safety requirements.
