Section 8-23-9-1 - Opening of sealed bids

On the date and at the time and place named in the notice, the commissioner shall receive all sealed proposals submitted and shall publicly open the bids. The bids may be opened at any other public place that the commissioner may designate on the day the bids are to be opened.
