Section 8-14-16-1 - Application This chapter applies only to the following counties:
(1) A county having a population of more than thirty-four thousand four hundred (34,400) and less than thirty-five thousand (35,000).(2) A county having a population of more than forty thousand (40,000) and less than forty-three thousand (43,000).(3) A county having a population of more than one hundred twelve thousand (112,000) and less than one hundred twenty thousand (120,000).(4) A county having a population of more than two hundred thousand (200,000) and less than two hundred fifty thousand (250,000).(5) A county having a population of more than two hundred fifty thousand (250,000) and less than three hundred thousand (300,000).(6) A county having a population of more than one hundred seventy thousand (170,000) and less than one hundred seventy-four thousand (174,000).(7) A county having a population of more than four hundred thousand (400,000) and less than seven hundred thousand (700,000).Amended by P.L. 104-2022,SEC. 67, eff. 4/1/2022.Amended by P.L. 119-2012, SEC. 91, eff. 4/1/2012.As added by P.L. 47-2006, SEC.7.
