Section 8-14-1-0.1 - Application of certain amendments to chapter

The addition of section 11 of this chapter by P.L. 116-1989 applies to all accounts receivable that are found to be uncollectible on July 1, 1989, and to accounts that are found to be uncollectible after June 30, 1989.
