Section 8-1-6-9 - Deposit with treasurer of state

All sums collected by the commission under the provisions of this chapter shall be paid not less than fifteen (15) days after receipt of the same, accompanied by a detailed statement thereof to the treasurer of the state of Indiana and deposited into the public utility fund.
