Section 8-1-26.5-6 - "Utility" As used in this chapter, "utility" means:
(1) a public utility (as defined in IC 8-1-2-1(a));(2) a corporation organized under IC 8-1-13;(3) a municipally owned utility (as defined in IC 8-1-2-1(h)); or(4) a corporation that is organized under IC 23-17 that is an electric cooperative and that has at least one (1) member that is a corporation organized under IC 8-1-13.Added by P.L. 93-2018,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2018.
