Section 5-2-6-8.1 - [Effective 7/1/2024](a) As used in this section, "division" refers to the victim services division of the Indiana criminal justice institute established under section 8 of this chapter as: (1) amended by P.L. 2-1995; and(2) in effect through June 30, 2024.(b) The division continues to exist to: (1) exercise any power; and(2) carry out any duty;
granted to or imposed upon the division by statute or a rule adopted under IC 4-22-2.
