Section 4-33-4-24.2 - Model power of attorney

The executive director shall establish a model power of attorney setting forth the terms and conditions under which a trustee may conduct gambling operations on a riverboat under IC 4-33-21. The executive director may provide a copy of the model power of attorney to any interested party.
