Section 4-33-24-17 - Licensee's license renewals; licensee investigations; investigation costs(a) A licensee's license may be renewed annually upon a determination by the division that the licensee is in compliance with this chapter.(b) A licensee shall undergo a complete investigation every three (3) years to determine if the licensee is in compliance with this chapter.(c) A licensee shall bear the cost of an investigation or reinvestigation of the licensee and any investigation resulting from a potential transfer of ownership.Added by P.L. 212-2016, SEC. 2, eff. 7/1/2016.
