Section 4-33-10-6 - Persons prohibited from wagering(a) The following individuals may not wager on gambling games at a riverboat: (1) A member of the commission.(2) An employee of the commission.(3) The spouse of any individual listed in subdivisions (1) and (2).(b) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this section commits a Class C infraction. However, the violation is a Class A misdemeanor if the person has a prior unrelated adjudication or conviction for a violation of this section within the previous five (5) years.Amended by P.L. 32-2019,SEC. 5, eff. 7/1/2019.Added by P.L. 221-2013, SEC. 4, eff. 7/1/2013.
