Section 4-15-2.2-23 - Classified service; standard for dismissal, demotion, or suspension(a) An employee in the state classified service who has successfully completed a working test period may be dismissed, demoted, or suspended only for just cause, including cause under section 49 of this chapter.(b) A classified employee is entitled to appeal a dismissal, demotion, or suspension as provided in section 42 of this chapter.Added by P.L. 229-2011, SEC. 56, eff. 7/1/2011.
