Section 4-13.6-8-5 - Contract proposals(a) At the request of a governmental body, the department, in consultation with the governmental body, may do the following:(1) Solicit proposals from qualified providers for an energy cost savings contract.(2) Review proposals and contract with a qualified provider.(b) An energy cost savings contract may cover more than one (1) governmental body.As added by P.L. 58-1999, SEC.9 and P.L. 172-1999, SEC.8.
