Section 34-6-2-114 - "Product"(a) "Product", for purposes of IC 34-20, means any item or good that is personalty at the time it is conveyed by the seller to another party.(b) The term does not apply to a transaction that, by its nature, involves wholly or predominantly the sale of a service rather than a product.Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 33-1-1.5-2(6).
