Section 34-12-5-5 - "Covered entity"

As used in this chapter, "covered entity" means:

(1) a governmental entity (as defined by IC 34-6-2-49), including a political subdivision (as defined in IC 34-6-2-110); and

(2) an approved postsecondary educational institution (as defined by IC 21-7-13-6).
