Section 33-37-12-3 - Administrative fee(a) The clerk may retain as an administrative fee an amount of up to three dollars ($3) from the excess amount collected by the clerk under section 2 of this chapter.(b) The clerk shall deposit the amount retained as an administrative fee under subsection (a) in the clerk's record perpetuation fund established under IC 33-37-5-2.Amended by P.L. 106-2022,SEC. 10, eff. 7/1/2022.Added by P.L. 78-2014, SEC. 17, eff. 7/1/2014.
