Section 33-33-35-2 - Establishment of standard superior court(a) There is established a court of record to be known as the Huntington superior court.(b) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the Huntington superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1.(c) Huntington County comprises the judicial district of the court.Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-25.3-1.
