Section 32-34-8-13 - Reward of finder; right to jury determination(a) The finder of an article described in section 1 of this chapter is allowed a reasonable sum, as determined by a court with jurisdiction where the property was initially found.(b) Either the claimant or the finder may have a jury determine what amount is just and reasonable for finding and taking care of the property.Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-9-3-13.
