Section 32-34-1.5-39 - Transfer of securities

If a valid claim is made for a security in the possession of the attorney general, the attorney general shall:

(1) transfer the security to the claimant; or

(2) pay the claimant the value of the security as of the date the security was delivered to the attorney general.
