Section 32-30-13-2 - Vacation of satisfaction of judgment; notice; motion

If the judgment is entered satisfied, in whole or in part, by reason of a sale referred to in section 1 of this chapter, the purchaser, upon notice to the parties to the proceeding and upon motion, may have the satisfaction of the judgment vacated in whole or in part.
