Section 31-40-5-2 - Establishment of grant program(a) The juvenile diversion grant program and the juvenile community alternatives grant program may be established, subject to available funding.(b) The Indiana criminal justice institute (as described in IC 5-2-6) shall administer the programs described in this chapter.Added by P.L. 101-2022,SEC. 31, eff. 7/1/2023.
