Section 31-37-19-19 - Period of invalidation or denial of license or permit; maximum; order to allow receipt of license or permit before completion of period The juvenile court may:
(1) enter an order for the maximum period of invalidation or denial of issuance under sections 13, 14, 15, and 16 of this chapter; and(2) following a determination that the child has committed no further delinquent acts, enter an order to allow the child to receive a license or permit before the period of invalidation or denial is completed.Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-4-15.9(h).
