Section 3-7-31-8 - Duties of circuit court clerk or board of registration

A circuit court clerk or board of registration shall provide a sufficient number of affidavits of registration for the registration of voters residing in the county. The clerk or board shall also prepare and provide all other supplies needed to permit the registration of voters as provided in this title.
