Section 3-7-14-14 - Updating voter registration record Except as provided in section 15 of this chapter, an application under section 4 of this chapter authorizes a county voter registration office to update the voter registration record of the applicant:
(1) under 52 U.S.C. 20504(a)(2) unless the applicant fails to sign the voter registration application; or(2) in a manner authorized under IC 3-7-26.3.Amended by P.L. 128-2015, SEC. 40, eff. 5/4/2015, retroactive.As added by P.L. 12-1995, SEC.23.
