Section 3-11.7-4-1 - Applicability of statutes governing watchers
The following apply for the purposes of IC 3-6-8, IC 3-6-9, and IC 3-6-10:
(1) The location for counting provisional ballots shall be treated the same as a precinct poll.(2) A provisional ballot counter shall be treated the same as a precinct election official.
