Section 3-11.7-3-5 - Failure of county chairman to recommend; appointment of provisional ballot counters by county election board

If a county chairman fails to make any recommendations not later than the deadline specified under section 4 of this chapter, the county election board may appoint any voters of the county who comply with section 2 of this chapter.
