Section 3-11-1.5-23 - Filing of orders(a) The county executive shall file a copy of the order issued under section 22 of this chapter with the co-directors not later than seven (7) days after its issuance.(b) The co-directors shall send a copy of the order to the office not later than seven (7) days after the co-directors receive the order.As added by P.L. 13-1988, SEC.1.
