Section 3-11-1.5-1 - "Establishing a precinct" defined
As used in this chapter, "establishing a precinct" includes the following:
(1) Dividing one (1) precinct into two (2) or more precincts.(2) Combining two (2) or more precincts into one (1) precinct.(3) Altering a boundary line dividing two (2) or more precincts.
