Section 3-10-9-2.5 - Local public question petitions; compliance with documentation of assistance to voters with disabilities

If a petition is required to place a local public question on the ballot, the petition must comply with the requirements set forth in IC 3-8-6-6(b) concerning documentation of assistance to a voter with disabilities.
