Section 3-10-6.5-6 - Repeal of ordinance; timing An ordinance adopted under this chapter:
(1) may not be repealed earlier than twelve (12) years after the ordinance was adopted under section 3 of this chapter; and(2) may be repealed only in a year preceding a municipal election year.Added by P.L. 107-2020,SEC. 1, eff. 7/1/2020.
