Section 29-2-19-12 - Funeral planning declaration; form required; additional directions permitted

A declaration must be substantially in the form set forth in section 13 of this chapter, but the declaration may include additional, specific directions. The invalidity of any additional, specific direction does not affect the validity of the declaration.
