Section 28-1-13-1.1 - "Capital and surplus" or "unimpaired capital and unimpaired surplus" defined

As used in this chapter, "capital and surplus" or "unimpaired capital and unimpaired surplus" has the meaning set forth in 12 CFR 32.2.
