Section 27-1-28-20 - Contracts An independent adjuster shall:
(1) maintain a copy of each contract between the independent adjuster and an insurer or a self-insurer; and(2) comply with the record retention policy agreed to in the contract described in subdivision (1).Added by P.L. 11-2011, SEC. 22, eff. 7/1/2011.
