Section 25-4-1-33 - Notice of disciplinary action determination

The board shall send written notice to the department of homeland security established by IC 10-19-2-1 of the determination of the board in a disciplinary action against an architect under IC 25-1-11. The board shall send the notice not later than three (3) business days after the date of the board's determination.
