Section 24-3-5.4-6.5 - "Newly qualified nonparticipating manufacturer"

As used in this chapter, "newly qualified nonparticipating manufacturer" means a nonparticipating manufacturer:

(1) that has filed a certification under section 13 of this chapter; and

(2) whose brand families are not listed in a directory under section 14 of this chapter.
