Section 23-0.5-9-59 - Filing fees are not refundable upon withdrawal or correction of a filed record

The withdrawal under IC 23-0.5-2-4 of a filed record before it is effective or the correction of a filed record under IC 23-0.5-2-5 does not entitle the person on whose behalf the record was filed to a refund of the filing fee.
