Section 23-0.5-9-55 - Copying and certifying copy of filed record

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for copying and certifying the copy of any filed record:

(1) One dollar ($1) per page for copying.

(2) Fifteen dollars ($15) for certification.

The fees imposed under this section do not apply to any copies or certifications that are processed on the secretary of state's Internet web site.
