Section 23-0.5-9-27 - Amendment to foreign registration statement

The secretary of state shall collect the following fees for filing an amendment to a foreign registration statement:

(1) Twenty dollars ($20) for an electronic filing.

(2) Thirty dollars ($30) for filing in a manner other than electronically.
